At Dusky Kalm, we hand-pour our candles in small batches with love and care. We want to get your quiet moments of calm to your doorstep as safely and quickly as possible.

We proudly ship all of our orders across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

1. Processing Times

Because our products are meticulously crafted and packed by hand, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process, pack, and safely dispatch your order from our Surrey studio.

• Please note: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Options

We offer reliable Royal Mail delivery options at checkout. Please note that all delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Delivery Disclaimer & Delays

While we do everything in our power to get your parcels dispatched swiftly, Dusky Kalm cannot be held liable or responsible for any postal delays once your package has been handed over to Royal Mail.

Delays can occasionally happen due to peak seasonal volumes (such as Black Friday or Christmas), severe weather conditions, or unexpected postal service disruptions. We kindly ask for your patience during these times and recommend ordering well in advance if you need your candles for a specific date or occasion.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is packed and leaves our hands, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with your Royal Mail tracking link. You can use this link to check the delivery progress of your package at any time.

5. Missed Deliveries

If Royal Mail attempts a delivery when you aren't home, they will typically leave a "Something for You" card. You can use this card to arrange a free redelivery on a convenient day or collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail customer service point.
