The Story Behind the Glow

My home has always been my sanctuary, and for as long as I can remember, a flickering candle has been the centre piece of that peace. However, my perspective changed when I began to look closer at what I was actually breathing in.

Having navigated many years of my own health challenges, I became hyper-aware of how our environment impacts our well-being. I was shocked to discover that many candles were filled with paraffin wax and synthetic toxins that worked against the very "health" I was trying to cultivate.

Dusky Kalm was born out of a desire to bring the benefits of true aromatherapy into the modern home. I spent months in my Surrey studio until I found the perfect balance: 100% sustainable wax with an essential oil fragrance blend.
